TMS Brokers offers access not only to CFD instruments based on the most popular stocks, but also direct access to the world’s largest stock exchanges, offering over 1,800 different real-world shares . For direct share purchases, the commission is 0% for foreign exchanges and 0.19% or a minimum of PLN 5 for the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

ETFs
Unfortunately, the broker doesn’t offer direct trading in ETFs, only CFDs on these instruments. In total, these funds offer around 40 funds listed on global exchanges.
Individual ETFs have been divided into thematic categories, making it easier for investors new to this type of fund market to identify the industry and basket of companies they are interested in. Categories include: US bonds, energy, oil, commodities, services, healthcare, agriculture, and more.
Fees and investment accounts at TMS

The commission for executing a CFD transaction on German, Spanish, British, American, and French shares is 0.06% of the transaction’s nominal value at opening and closing . The commission for executing a CFD transaction on Dutch, Belgian, Finnish, Portuguese, Danish, and Swedish shares is 0.08% at closing and opening .
In the case of CFDs on the WSE stock market (Polish stock exchange), the commission for closing and opening a position is 0.25% of its value, while on the ETF market it is 0.06%.
For other financial instruments, regardless of the account currency (PLN, USD, EUR or CZK), commissions are zero zloty.
In the case of a transaction spread, TMS also charges a margin (the so-called spread mark-up) , which for CFDs on cryptocurrencies is from 0 to a maximum of 10% of the price value, for CFDs on raw materials, commodities and shares from 0 to a maximum of 0.8% of the price value and for CFDs on other instruments from 0 to a maximum of 0.1% of the price value.
If a TMS Brokers client does not execute any transaction for 365 days, an inactivity fee is charged (this does not apply to active positions). This fee is referred to in the table of commissions and fees as a “cash account maintenance” fee of PLN 9 or EUR/USD 3 per month.
The first withdrawal of funds from TMS Brokers is free, each subsequent one is subject to a fee of PLN 20 if the withdrawal order does not exceed PLN 200.
